Awarded annually to a staff member, current student, graduand, or past graduate of Edwin Parr Composite High School wanting to take, or who is currently taking, an AU course or courses.

An applicant must meet the following criteria to be eligible for this award:
- Staff member, current student, or past graduate of Edwin Parr Composite School in Athabasca, Alberta
- Be enrolled in AU undergraduate program
- Demonstrate community service
- Eligible to receive the award one time only.
