The National Buckeye Scholarship for non-Ohio residents is offered to non-Ohio residents.
Benefits

Eligibility
- Those considered are non-Ohio residents (U.S. citizens or permanent residents) who are highly competitive as demonstrated through grade point average, class rank (if available), rigor of high school curriculum, and ACT or SAT scores (if available).
