Description
Mr Ralph Edward Pennington bequeathed funds to The University of Western Australia to provide a scholarship to assist and encourage a high-achieving student to undertake the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or Master of Professional Engineering degree course with a major or specialisation in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering at the University.

To assist and encourage a high-achieving student to undertake the MPE at the University with a specialisation in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must:
- have received, or accepted, an offer of a place in the Master of Professional Engineering (MPE) at UWA;
- be enrolling in the first 24 points of the MPE specialising in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering; or
- enrolled and have completed 96 points of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) majoring in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering
