Description
The discount was introduced to support EU students following changes to UK tuition fee status after Brexit. It is available to eligible students starting their studies in September, January or May on full-time, campus-based undergraduate programmes at ICP.
The award is applied automatically once eligibility has been verified and cannot be combined with any other ICP scholarship, bursary or fee discount.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be a new undergraduate student with an offer for September 2026, January 2027 or May 2027.
- Be an EU, EEA or Swiss national.
- Have lived in the EU, EEA or Switzerland for at least the previous 3 years.
- Study full-time and on campus.
- Complete the required fee assessment form to verify residency.
- Not have already started studies at ICP or the University of Portsmouth.
- Not qualify for UK Home fee status.
- Not combine this discount with another ICP scholarship or bursary.
