Description
Imperial Business School partners with Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA), a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ MBA students and advancing equality in business education and the workplace.
In addition to financial support, ROMBA Fellows receive complimentary registration for ROMBA events, access to exclusive networking and professional development opportunities, and a travel stipend to attend the ROMBA Fellowship Leadership Retreat in North America. Fellows also take on leadership roles within Imperial's LGBTQ+ community and act as Student Ambassadors.

Applicants must:
- Identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.
- Apply for the Full-Time MBA.
- Demonstrate a track record of leadership within the LGBTQ+ community.
- Show commitment to ROMBA's mission of advancing equality in business education, the workplace and society.
- Provide strong professional references.
- Be a new entrant to the programme.
