Dr Helen Marchant-Pritchard Memorial Scholarship

Eligibility

You must:

• be enrolled in a full-time master's by research or PhD in the Sydney School of Education and Social Work 
• be willing to undertake research in the field of social work and/or social policy in at least one of the areas outlined:
  • social work and social change,
  • gender and social welfare,
  • women, work, and technology,
  • immigration, or
  • social welfare and social work.
• hold an honours degree (first class or second class upper) or a master's degree in a related field with a substantial research component, or equivalent
• have a professional background in social work and/or social policy
• be applying for funding to assist with:
  • costs of materials, equipment, or services to support the intended research,
  • outside Sydney, interstate or international travel costs to attend conferences, complete data collection or to undertake research, or
  • other costs related to the conduct of research.
