- Scholarship awarded to students enrolled in UToledo's BSN or MSN programs or in the MS degree program in biomedical sciences with a PA concentration.
- Recognizes academic excellence and achievement of those students who have completed the requisite pathophysiology course toward a degree in one of these areas.
- Recipients shall be those who have attained the highest numerical score or grade in the requisite course(s).
