Description
The Wellington North Rotary Scholarship Trust was established to mark the 25th anniversary of Wellington North Rotary in 1990 and incorporates a subsequent bequest from one of its members, the late Ian Crabtree.
Benefits
The amount awarded varies but is typically about $5,000.
Up to 20 scholarships may be awarded each year. Tenure is for one year.
Eligibility
- The scholarships are awarded annually to eligible candidates undertaking any undergraduate level study or training.
- This includes candidates enrolled in second or third year of an academic programme of study.
- Existing scholarship holders are eligible to reapply.
- Postgraduate study is excluded.
