Description
Apply for a scholarship from the Massey University to make your study more affordable.
Benefits
Four scholarship will be offered each year.
The current annual value of the funds available for the scholarship is NZ$15,000 (fulltime), NZ$7,500 (part-time).
No scholarships will be awarded if the selection panel is of the opinion that there is no candidate who is of sufficient merit.
Eligibility
Applications will be accepted from candidates:
- who are enrolled in, or eligible to enrol in, a full time or part time Master’s degree in an Aotearoa New Zealand university, or an NZQA accredited tertiary institution.
- whose research component commenced in the second half of 2025 or will commence in 2026.
- whose proposed course of study includes a minimum thesis component of 90 Credits.
- whose research thesis focuses on one or more of ACC’s research priorities:
- Ways to better achieve the dual-framed goals in ACC’s 10-year strategy
- What helps people to recover well from injury and stay safe from reinjury.
- How to enable groups who most need additional support to access the Accident Compensation Scheme
- Ways to keep people at higher risk of injury, safe – see ACC’s injury report
