A lot of excellent teachers and student, but the buildings is falling apart, nobody take really care. For what about the programs, there are a lot of choices and always you're welcome to visit and decide.

This university is dilapidated and would not be in business in a functional society. A lot does not work. The lecture environments are not conducive, there is a lot of corruption and injustice going on and it debilitates your learning experience. I do not recommend chosing this school.
