It was my second option to study in and I was happy about it because the University of Cantabria is known as a good one in Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, better), so it would be nice to study there. But now I've been here for 3 months... it is just the name they had, nothing similar continues nowadays. It's a very informal University...
