How can the GMAT help me in my admission decisions?

You can use the results of the GMAT exam as part of your admissions decisions to accurately predict who will succeed in your programme, and who might be at risk for academic difficulty, thus addressing the students' needs before and after they start classes. GMAT is also a consistent and objective academic benchmark which allows you to compare your applicants directly with each other regardless of where they come from or what they studied. Unlike grade point averages which can vary according to the grading standards of each school, GMAT scores are based on the same standard for all test takers.
