Beethoven is also visible through a monument near Bonn Minster, the old city church. A modern and high building is the Post Tower.

The trees blossom season is spectacular in Bonn’s Old Town, when the flowers of cherry trees form unforgettable tunnels. The Godesburg fortress ruins are also attracting tourists, as well as Museum Mile, August-Macke-Haus museum and parks such as Rheinaue or Kottenforst. The Rhine promenade and the extinct Rodderberg volcano are suitable for sunny weekend days.

Nightlife is diverse in Bonn. You can choose between bars with an intellectual profile, outdoor gardens with live music, regular cafes or pubs and clubs and venue halls. Festivals are regular and the most famous ones are Carnival, Rhine in Flames, Beethoven Festival or the Christmas markets.
