Bachelor students specialise in hospitality and entrepreneurship, and their Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management degree (in partnership with Washington State University, USA) leads them to develop a fully elaborated, realistic business plan for a successful debut in the hospitality industry.
For graduate students, the Master of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Entrepreneurship in partnership with the University of Derby, provides a contemporary curriculum preparing graduates to launch and maintain a sustainable and profitable business within a challenging global environment. The degree is awarded upon submission of a business plan / dissertation.

As any person searching for a degree for a meaningful career, I had many choices and many options. What drew me to this school in particular apart from the stunning views, amazing location and a promise for a valuable education was truly the program. I realised that the program was covering the most important parts that any person should know to make a good future for themselves, in knowledge, interpersonal skills, networking, and understanding of how this world works. My time at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland was truly transformative. The school offers a unique blend of academic quality, international exposure, and personal development that goes far beyond traditional hospitality education. The classes are taught by passionate lecturers who connect theory with real-world practice, and the environment encourages both professionalism and creativity. The multicultural community at CRCS shaped me deeply - working and studying alongside students from all over the world gave me lifelong friendships and a genuine understanding of global collaboration. The combination of Swiss precision, entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on learning prepared me to think strategically while staying people-focused and true to myself and my values. What I appreciated most was the school’s emphasis on growth - not only in career terms but as a person, they treat you as a friend, colleague and a family member. When you join our hotel school, you will become a part of a bigger family. Whether you find yourself far from home for the first time, or if you need a bit of friendly academic advice, we make sure there is always someone you can talk to.
Computer Room - It is accessible to students outside of class hours.
The school provides students with health care coverage (including the daily cost of hospitalization in a shared room) and for corporal accident both on and off school premises in Switzerland and abroad. In case of accident or illness, students should first contact the reception or the student counselor who will organize further action.
