I think that not only during covid crisis, we should be more focused on IT tech space. During covid there was a problem that the lectures were taken as they are and they were just recorded or streamed. The problem is that these classes are much more boring than the when actually attend the class even if there are basically the same. Also I would welcome some kind of portal where all the recorded lectures and practices would be kept.
Makes the best in a lot sections, but lacks one of them
Our university is in my opinion on really high level being one of the few with that high level of technical education. The studies sometime looks really hard but it all starts making sense after you understand the background. The study programmes are well set and one of the best advantages of the university is level of personal connection with the lecturers. Majority of lecturers are really helpfull and kind and help you with anything you make up. Also the ladies in the secretary are really helpfull and everybody uses their help there. The technical background of university is really high level and you learn a lot. There is one major problem that I would clasify as important and this is the lack of practical experience from the lectures. Yes, there are projects and practical courses, you do some work practically, but if you want some more advanced practical experience, you better find a freetime project at the university and do it outside your studies. Otherwise I really like everything around the uni including facilities, gym, caffe oportunities or cantyn.
Experience at the ZČU
The study is very demanding. But every ambitious person will graduate.
