Excellence in Arabic Studies at Granada University
From Classical Arabic to Modern Views at Granada
Saquenme de la UGR
The university itself depends so much on which degree you are doing it. Some have a nice campus (science degrees) and other doesn't even have a cafeteria (some of social degrees). Some teachers are really dedicated to it and that's really nice but some of them dont do even the bare minimum or are still there after several complaints from the students. Your experience will mostly depends on the teachers.
Disapointing
The university gave me the ability to do research and keep learning by myself, I also acquired and anthropological view that I use in my everyday life, gave a lot of critical thinking, and helped me understand and unlearn the ideas and paradigms that our society is based upon. These are great things that I am thankful for but does not mean that the overall university experience was disappointing. The study program seemed very interesting but in reality, the contents of the classes were few. The methodology was old and boring and the contents were not clear, which led to most students simply not attending most of the classes because we considered them just a waste of time.
