About

History

The TH Rosenheim is an hour's drive away from the Bavarian capital Munich and the Austrian city of Salzburg. The university's key areas of expertise are business, technology, design and healthcare studies. Established in 1971 the university is best known for its Faculty of Wood Engineering and Construction.

  • It helps if you start looking for accommodation well before you start your studies. When looking for a room, you should get started as soon as possible, at the latest on receipt of your admission notification.
  • Because of the many advantages of accommodation in halls of residence – reasonable rents, proximity to university, the appeal of living in student communities – demand for spaces is usually high. 

Library services

University members can use the library independently of their location to a large extent via the homepage. An installed and activated VPN client, as well as a library user number are required for access.
