History
Medical teaching in English was initiated in 2003/2004. Presently about 801 foreign students from various countries attend 6-year MD (Medicine) and 5-year DMD (Dentistry) programs and over 1036 have already graduated.
Education
The programs are taught entirely in English and are comprehensive enough to be accepted internationally.

We guarantee high quality of teaching and scientific research in the medical and health sciences. We significantly contribute to the development of the health care system.

Top university in poland definetly recomend
Extracurricular activities and good teachers!
FMUL gives you the opportunity to participate in countless medical and non-medical projects�there's something for everyone! Furthermore, I feel that the professors (the vast majority) are super approachable and very good! The downside is that some courses are unnecessary and very repetitive, which ends up making a semester that already has one or two "big courses" much more difficult. Internships starting in the first year!
Dream big
A place where I could rise to my fullest potential with the support of the hardworking and dedicated teachers and doctors, the Medical University of Lodz has provided me a very nice platform from where I find it possible to see myself as an ideal Doctor. There have been times when I became lazy towards my studies, but the inner voice that I never ignored and the interactive seminars of various courses kept me going by never letting my passion for this field die. Dream big and live a learner's life are the major learnings gained from the experiences I've had so far.

The University provides housing on campus in three dormitories/residence halls. Here you will feel at home with helpful English speaking staff and your fellow students who will help you in the orientation process as well as with your Polish.The majority of teaching departments are located in the dorm’s vicinity.
