In June 1998, Algebra trained the first attendants of its seminar for the use of computers and computer applications. June 1998 was marked by the first significant increase in the number of users of Algebra’s services and in 1999 and 2000 Algebra experienced multi-digit growth and established itself on the market of adult education in the field of consumer application of IT.

Since its founding in 2008 until today, the Algebra University College has prepared more than 20 proposals for development projects and applied to various tenders for domestic and international financing.

Since September 2009, the Algebra University College has been located at the premises of the University campus in Ilica 242 in Zagreb, entrance from Domobranska Street. The University College is today located in a superbly renovated and equipped building from the early 20th century where the contrast between new technologies and old restored buildings creates a stimulating and dynamic environment. With over 2000 square meters of space currently available, the Algebra University College seeks to raise the standards of equipment and design of professional higher education institutions in Croatia.
MICROSOFT LEARNING PARTNER OF THE YEAR 2014
In 2014, Algebra has achieved one of the greatest successes in its 16 years of existence. Algebra was proclaimed the world’s best Learning Partner by Microsoft in the competition of 3,200 organizations that have nominated their projects and achievements for the Partner of the Year Award. The award was presented to Algebra CEO Tomislav Dominkovi´c by Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president of Microsoft, at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Washington, US.
The Algebra group which consists of Algebra Open University and Algebra University College was the winner in the category “Learning” as part of Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards 2014.
It has been so stressful , university got me depression and sadness .
It was great six months in Zagreb and in my receiving university.
