Like all universities, certain programs are better organised than others. The arts and digital courses take precedence and the management courses are lower in rating and execution.
The first year was heavily focused on the gastronomic and F&B side. The classes and courses provided in the syllabus were great and allowed an in depth understanding of the operational aspects of the industry.
