History
- The Université de Moncton offered its first co-operative program in 1987, as part of a Bachelor of Nurtrition Sciences program.
- The next co-op program that was introduced was in the MBA program in 1996; the Co-operative Education Office (BEC) was created the same year.
- Since its creation in 1963, the Université de Moncton has awarded more than 53,000 degrees.

- Welcome to the Université de Moncton - Canada's largest French-language university outside Québec. The university's three campuses are located in New Brunswick's francophone regions at Edmundston, Shippagan and Moncton.
- Université de Moncton offers 180 study programs, including 38 at the master's degree level and 7 at the doctorate level.
- Fields of study include administration, arts, education, engineering, forestry, law, nursing, nutrition, psychology, sciences, social work, etc. More than 30 research centers, chairs, and institutes are presently active.

Student services
Student Services are responsible for all social, cultural and sports activities on campus; each year, they spice up student life by organizing a wide variety of events, including exhibitions, musical lunches, evenings at the Baccus - the campus club where students get together to play pool, chat or dance.
Housing services
- The university's three campuses are located in New Brunswick's francophone regions at Edmundston, Shippagan and Moncton.
- The Service de logement – Summer Housing offers housing that is both comfortable and affordable, with a quality customer service and a friendly atmosphere.
Medical services
- The Université de Moncton has a mandatory medical insurance and hospitalization plan for international students. The insurance plan is mandatory upon arrival and provides coverage for students for the entire academic year.
- Insurance fees are payable with tuition fees at registration time; they must be paid at that moment.
Sports facilities
Recreational facilities for sports such as hockey, soccer, athletics, tennis, swimming and baseball, among others, are available on campus and in the region.
