STUST provide a unique opportunity for individuals to pursue higher education and achieve their academic and professional goals. They offer a diverse range of programs, resources, and extracurricular activities that foster personal and intellectual growth. Universities also serve as hubs for research, innovation, and knowledge dissemination, contributing to the advancement of society. However, universities can also be challenging and demanding, requiring dedication, discipline, and hard work. Overall, universities are invaluable institutions that have a significant impact on individuals and society as a whole.
- I checked all information about subjects before starting courses such as schedule, material resources, concepts, tips, tools to complete on the website. - I read and find studying method from senior and supporters from the university or maybe from lectures. - i prepared concepts and completed exercises on studying time and looked more necessary articles.
On March 17th, 2008, we established our center, which originated from immediate center and belonged to the office of Student Affairs. In the immediate center, we responded to students’ questions immediately. To avoid students’ inconvenience of handling any paper and business, we established student service center, which will handle students’ problems immediately on their arrival. We are responsible for all kinds of student affairs, including those in the office of Academic Affairs, the office of Student Affairs, the division of General Affairs, library, and so on. We offer students more diverse and efficient service with the kind, direct, and active attitude.
STUST Library
The Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology Health Care Center provides counseling services, health promotion and prevention services to students on the STUST campus.
There is a hospital “Chi- Mei Hospital”, is located next to STUST campus.
Our campus is located on the Jia-nan Plain, in the southwest part of Taiwan. As the most important agricultural area of Taiwan, the Jia-nan Plain can be called “Taiwan’s home of rice and seafood." Set against mountains and facing the sea, the plain has beautiful natural beauty and scenery. Within this area, many medium- and small-scale businesses have been developing and booming.
At present, there are 99 clubs on campus, so hopefully all will be able to find one of interest. Clubs or Societies can be registered and are listed according to the club categories: service, academic, entertainment, physical, and public relationship.
