History
- Its origin could be dated back to 1952 and its name was changed into JSNU in 2011.
- Located in Xuzhou, a city that has been officially founded since 2,600 years ago and one of the most ancient ones in China with a history of over 5,000 years
Education
- With 22 specialty schools, it has successfully developed a diverse mix of disciplines in the fields of Philosophy, Economics, Law, Education, Literature, History, Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Public Administration and Fine Arts.
Research
- In recent 5 years, JSNU has undertaken 1,066 research projects of all levels, of which there are 349 National Fund Projects. JSNU achieved nearly 65 scientific awards above the provincial level, including Excellent Achievement Prize for scientific research in universities of the Ministry of Education, Excellent Achievement Prize for National Education Science Research of Ministry of Education and so on. My Study Experience
My study experince has been very enchiring, living and study in studying in china allowed me to improve my language skills and discover a new culture. i really appreciated the discipline and dedication in the learning environment. However, more interactive activities could improve communication practice. Overall, this experience strengthened my motivation to pursue higher education
ONE TOUCH-TOO MANY EXPERIENCE.
Quite impressive especially with the quality of instructions and willingness of the instructors to encourage students to learn. Students have encouraging access to the available state-of-the-earth learning facilities. I enjoyed corporate relationships among international students providing opportunities for intercultural integration.
Studying abroad, a powerful experience nobody should miss out on !
Studying abroad was a life-changing experience I will never forget. It was the first time I went so far away from home and I am glad I did because it made me learn the importance of getting out of my comfort zone to gain knowledge. It was a very fulfilling and novel experience that I will cherish forever. I was able to visit many places, meet new people, and learn under amazing teachers who always listened to my concerns and helped me overcome the challenges I faced while learning new concepts. As time went by, I got to learn a variety of things that would have been left unknown to me if I hadn't taken this leap of faith and travelled to a different continent to learn. All in all, I was glad I got to see a new culture as well as study in a foreign environment. I was glad I was able to acclimate easily to a different way of living there and meet people that helped me both in an academic setting but also with my growth as a person through discovering our differences and similarities. In addition to this, I am able to confidently say that I would definitely do this again if given the opportunity !
