For more than 60 years, IESE has been at the forefront of management education and leadership development. Our mission today remains the same as it was back in 1958: to educate and inspire leaders who wish to have a positive and lasting impact on people, business and society.

Research
Our Research Centers are led by senior professors who are recognized experts in their fields, supported by a team of researchers and assistants. Partner companies and organizations collaborate with our centers to define research objectives.
Career
The mission of our Career Development Center (CDC) is to collaborate with companies, helping them find the best talent for their organizations by recruiting IESE MBAs and other alumni. It also equips students with the right tools, resources and mindsets to help them drive their careers forward, not only during their time at IESE but for the rest of their lives.

Short-term accommodations
In Barcelona, Madrid, New York, Munich and São Paulo where short-term accommodations are required, normally your program will inform you and make reservations at local hotels.
Long-term housing
With a large international student population, Barcelona has a range of prices and housing options available throughout the city. Though there are many ways to find an apartment on your own, often it is more efficient to work with an agency. Based on student feedback, we recommend the following agencies for your search. If you choose to use their services, please be sure to identify yourself as an IESE student:
Library services
Most of our 45,500+ books can be borrowed, with the exception of certain copies of recommended reading books and reference works. Journals may not be borrowed.
You can also download most of our 127,000+ e-books, which you can search for on our E-Books Finder. The loan periods for e-books vary but are generally one or two weeks.
Campus life
Our Barcelona campus enjoys spectacular views of the city and the Mediterranean coast from its privileged setting across 30,000m2 of hillside. One of Europe’s most architecturally stunning campuses, IESE Barcelona boasts state-of-the-art lecture rooms, a fully-equipped library with the latest in multimedia technologies, a 597-seat auditorium, digital and virtual learning spaces, meeting rooms and dining areas set in landscaped gardens. And with the heart of the vibrant, dynamic and beautiful city of Barcelona just 20 minutes away, the campus provides for all of your professional development and recreational needs.

Clubs form an integral part of your MBA experience. You’ll find a broad selection of clubs to join, mapping to your interests and needs. All of our clubs are run by students and provide an excellent opportunity to explore interests and forge lasting friendships.
