Nuertingen-Geislingen University can look back on almost half a century of proud tradition. Founded in 1949 as a College of Agricultural Engineering, it was converted into a University of Applied Sciences in 1972 and later got its current name "Nuertingen-Geislingen University (NGU)".
Today, the degree programs have been greatly enhanced by the strong core competencies in business, economics and environmental studies prevalent at the university.
Nuertingen-Geislingen University offers a number of innovative bachelor and master degree programs at its campuses in Nuertingen and Geislingen. The programs gained outstanding recognition in various German university rankings.

We provide all central Information Technology services for University students and staff. The basis for using email and other computer-based services in the University is your computer account (also known as your email account), for which the University provides you with a username and password. This gives you access to email, central filespace, and a wide range of information and services.
Nuertingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) is located with major campuses in the two cities of Nuertingen and Geislingen near the "Autobahn" connecting Stuttgart and Munich.
The cities of Nuertingen and Geislingen are located about 40 kilometers apart from each other between Stuttgart, the capital of the State of Baden-Wuerttemberg to the northwest and Ulm to the southeast.
On November 13, 2013, the Accreditation Commission of AQAS granted system accreditation to NGU and awarded the seal of the Accreditation Council. Nationwide, NGU is the 15th university to be system accredited, in Baden-Württemberg NGU is ranked 4th.
The course offers high quality and varied content. Right from the start, you get many different insights into business administration and later on your studies you have a wide range of exciting specialization options. However, it also requires a lot of self-organization and commitment.
VERY EDUCATIVE AND EXCELLENT STUDY ENVIRONMENT
Not a big University and therefore not much going on. Teaching stuff is very friendly and the courses are somewhat difficult.
