UCFB provides an exceptional environment to live and learn in, with state-of-the-art facilities in two inspirational campuses in London and Manchester, which have the iconic Wembley and Etihad stadiums at their heart.
Our degree programmes have been designed with these industries and their varied roles specifically in mind. Media, marketing, finance, psychology, coaching and event management, amongst others, are all sectors of these industries that are growing at a rate never seen before. New roles are being created on a daily basis.
Delivered to the high standards set by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, the skills and knowledge gained throughout the duration of a student’s degree programme at UCFB are transferable across sectors.
Our pastoral care and personal development programme ties in directly with career development, informing your work-related activities and ultimately leading to you finding the right place for you in the football, sports and entertainment industries. For those who wish to extend their studies at the end of their degree, opportunities to study at postgraduate will be encouraged.
Our Student Services team is dedicated to making your experience a memorable one with the support of an active Students’ Union run by your peers. Our Athletic Union caters to all sporting abilities and our support staff are on hand throughout your time here.
UCFB has partnered with two excellent accommodation providers to ensure students have access to comfortable and secure halls of residence close to both campuses.
Grand Felda House in Wembley and both Piccadilly Point in Manchester are available for students.
UCFB is proud to count three world-famous stadia and surrounding buildings among its numerous state-of-the-art campus facilities. As well as being inspiring places to live and learn, each campus offers award-winning facilities with some views over the pitch and behind-the-scenes access to the workings of an everyday working facility. Our campuses are designed to allow each student to see first-hand the living environment they aspire to work in following graduation.
The UCFB Athletic Union enables students to take part in a number of sports during their time here, whether competitive or recreational. We have teams across both campuses for male and female students, including football, rugby, squash and basketball, with more sports being added all the time.
Our football teams across both campuses have enjoyed particular success in recent years. If a sport you play doesn’t have a team at UCFB, there may be the opportunity to establish one. Our sports coordinators are always happy to help and discuss new ideas to broaden the activities on offer to students.
The Students’ Union’s role is to represent UCFB students and make your time here as exciting and rewarding as possible. The SU is also responsible for student involvement around each campus, such as planning unforgettable social events and being the student voice and point of contact with senior management. Each member of the SU is elected to their post and take great pride in their role at UCFB. The SU is in charge of organising the always incredible annual Freshers’ Week at the start of each academic year. The week long party is a great opportunity for new students to meet and includes live music, a trip to a football match and fun games around London and Manchester to get to the know the area.
