It's a good university, not too big and close to Paris. But if you want to study in France I will not recommend it, it's better to study within Paris when you are international, there are more opportunities and things to do. Cergy is a city that does not have a great cultural richness.
The teachers were good and nice especially teachers from other countries as we studied foreign languages. I feel like my experience in this university was so special because it was like a roller coaster. Indeed, I could be successful in some courses but then failed classes.
