The Orientation Service for Employment is a service of Mondragon University directed to students and former students.
We offer you our support while you are looking for a job. Our objective is to give you ways that will give you the chance to insert yourself in the working market.
Another objective of this service is based on the identification and work of your competencies and the development of your personal resources.

Knowledge adquisition and personal growth
Via adquiring different knowledges and skills via learning by doing I have gained experience and learned about my own natural skills and have worked on my early life lessons by relating with other people activley in different projects. I have gained confidence and wills to do and to learn and have understood how learning happens within an individual and how that then can lead you to take part in society , locally and globally from my own individual self. Relating to others and growing in different spheres, have gave me the concioussness on how the surroundings make out of you antoher person where in the end of an experience you can grow and evolve if you choose to.
Experiencing being the first graduating class
- What I liked most One of the highlights of this program was the use of English, which really helped me improve my fluency and professional communication skills. I also truly appreciated the wide variety of subjects covered; it kept the curriculum engaging and well-rounded. Furthermore, the focus on practical assignments made the learning process much more dynamic. Instead of just memorizing theory, I felt I was gaining real-world skills. To top it off, the internship opportunities offered by the institution were a great way to bridge the gap between the classroom and the professional market. - Areas for improvement On the other hand, there were a few aspects that could be polished. I noticed a certain level of favoritism among some faculty members, which at times affected the classroom environment. Additionally, a few subjects felt underprepared or lacked a clear structure. However, I understand that being part of the very first graduating class comes with its own set of challenges, and these casualties are somewhat expected when launching a new program. - Overall Summary Overall, my study experience was very positive and practical. While there are logistical and instructional areas to refine, the program provided me with solid tools and valuable professional exposure.
My general experience in Mondragon University
Mondragon Unibertsitatea is an university based on the Basque Country. It is part of an iniciative by the parent corporation Cooperativa Mondragon, to provide high education in areas necesary in the current market. I love the university as it provides real life work experience combined with theory. Also the teachers and the university administration is really nice and helpful. As for the university life, the people are really friendly. It is true that there aren´t many university clubs. But it is still easy to socialize. I don´t need to use the housing as I leave near the campus, but the university offers plenty student´s residences to choose from.

Library services
Mondragon Unibertsitatea Library is a resource centre for teaching, learning, research and activities related to the running and management of the university as a whole. Our collection comprises 120,000 books in print format and 15,649 books in electronic format. We also have subscriptions to over 950 print publications and provide access to 5,200 journal titles in digital format.
Sports facilities
If you like to compete or train in your sport, you can participate in our championships or international tournaments, as well as train in our sports teams.
