Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education (SAAHE) is a graduate program leading to a master of science in Educational Administration. Learning, both in and out of the classroom, prepares graduates for their future career. 


Both our undergraduate and graduate programs strive to provide our students with excellent opportunities to explore the exciting, complex, uncertain, challenging and sometimes the troubling world of education. The Undergraduate students may receive their Bachelor of Science degree with an option either in Human Resource Development or Technology Management. Students receive a strong foundation of the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field of their choice through real-world applications and internship experience.

    The IELTS – or the International English Language Test System – tests your English-language abilities (writing, listening, speaking, and reading) on a scale of 1.00–9.00. Academic Requirements

Applicants for graduate study must show the potential for completion of a graduate degree. Admission to the SAAHE program is based upon the following requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Resume
  • An autobiographical essay
  • A writing sample (conducted at the Interviewing Conference)
  • Personal interview with SAAHE faculty members (conducted at the Interviewing Conference)
  • An acceptable combination of grade point average (GPA) and scores on the Graduate Record of Examination (GRE)
