The International Business program at the International School of Management (ISM) is suitable for recent graduates who do not necessarily have a management degree background i.e. graduates who wish to pursue a management related discipline and seeking a deeper understanding of the world of business and management.


Hence, this program gives students who want to shift their career to management but have a technical degree or social sciences, linguistics, the basic tools to create this quantum leap into today´s competitive global labor marketplace.

The International Business program at the International School of Management (ISM) is a business degree with a global outlook. It focuses on the essential contemporary practical knowledge, skills set in core business disciplines and management techniques required to conduct business in an international setting. 

It provides graduates with a roadmap of understanding the complexity of the international business as well as the capabilities to become effective global professionals. English requirements

TOEFL admission requirements TOEFL® IBT The TOEFL iBT® is given online through the internet at designated testing site. The test measures your English-language abilities in an academic setting. The score refers to the total score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading), each subject has a range of 0 - 30.
IELTS admission requirements IELTS The International English Language Test System (IELTS) tests your English-language proficiency on a scale of 1 – 9. The score refers to the combined average score of 4 subjects (writing, listening, speaking, and reading).

General requirements

To qualify for this M.A. program you first need to have successfully completed your first study program with a minimum study period of six semesters and have achieved a final grade

  • at a university or
  • an equivalent foreign higher education institution, and
  • you need to submit your application documents.

Additionally, you will have to take part in a multi-level admissions test.

Please register for the written admissions test either online or in writing using the application form. We will then write you to confirm your registration stating the date of your personal admissions test.
