Students of  Electrical Energetics Systems Engineering programme at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University   will gain special knowledge in electrical energy system engineering, necessary for application of modern technologies and independent development of new products and services, and to perform applied researches in electric power system engineering area. To develop the abilities to creatively apply of theoretical knowledge and scientific investigation results, and to improve professional competence during whole life learning.

  • Very specialized knowledge in the field of electrical energy systems engineering related to research and development of the new products and services, necessary in development, service and improvement of photovoltaic and wind energy systems.

  • An ability to independently develop, maintain and improve modern electric energy systems, photovoltaic and wind energy systems.

  • Skills to select and use mathematical methods, software and hardware in order to solve problems in electrical energy systems engineering area, and analyse and interpret results.

Electrical energy systems engineering master students are able to work in companies maintaining electric power systems, self-manage groups of people preparing electrical engineering projects or continue their doctoral studies in electronics, telecommunications and computer science field.
