  • a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA; 
  • the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 60 per cent; 
  • at least one year of the bachelor's degree relevant to one or more learning areas in the Early Childhood or Primary school curriculum for applicants who wish to major in Early Childhood or Primary Teaching respectively;
  • Applicants who have a bachelor's degree in education, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA, are not eligible for admission.
  • Before admission, international students must obtain a criminal record check from their country of origin or recent residence.
