The MSc SIPM is accredited at the Advanced Standards Level (the highest achievable) by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), the largest professional HR body globally. The MSc SIPM fosters critical thinking, develops long-term career capabilities and equips graduates to work in a wide variety of roles in a broad range of industry settings.
The Strategy, Innovation and People Management programme at University of Galway is distinguished by its small class size, allowing close contact with lecturers, alumni and the business community. Students will have the opportunity to apply for an internship with an Irish or multinational organisation (please note all students will be successful in obtaining an internship).
