Overview

Graduates of the Medical Biotechnologies programme taught at University of Siena  are able to design and organize effectively research plans in autonomy, in the field of biotechnology applied to medicine; they are able to manage and coordinate programs  of development in biotechnology applied to human medicine  and aimed at the protection, promotion and recovery of health. 

At the end of the biennium, graduates in Medical Biotechnology will have acquired the knowledge and technical skills to integrate professionally in the areas identified in the specific Study Plan of the Course.

Career Advice 

Universities need to widen their scope beyond the limits imposed by their lecture rooms, to compare  the studies they undertake and their research works with the expectations of the wider sphere of the economic world. To this end, it is necessary to consolidate existing academic partnerships and incentivise the exchange of experiences with Manufacturing Industry.

Tuition Fee

The amount of tuition fees is based on both the student’s family income, as declared in the ISEE certification.The ISEE values for the calculation of contribution range from a minimum of € 16.000,00 up to a maximum of € 90.000,00 in order to properly consider the real economic conditions of the family. For ISEE less than € 16.000,00 no contribution is expected.
