Upon successful completion of the programme, you will receive a degree in Facility and Real Estate Management from Saxion (MSc) and a MSc-degree from the University of Greenwich.
No pre-Master
You do not need a pre-Master to enrol on this unique Master programme offered in collaboration with the University of Greenwich. You will receive your Master of Science, which is taught in English, in one year.

General requirements
- A Higher Education Bachelor’s degree in the field of Facility Management, Real Estate Management or related subject such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Building and Architecture, Hotel Management or comparable field.
- A minimum of TOEFL 550, IELTS 6.0 or similar English language qualification for EU and NON-EU students. This language qualification is not applicable for Dutch students.
- Students enrolling for the programme are invited for an intake interview (online) as part of the admission procedure. This (informative) intake interview will focus on the match between your background and expectations and the programme.
