Along with the growth of service sectors (retail, intermediation, consultancy, financial services, hospitality, etc.), services are increasingly embedded in most traditional and innovative manufacturing businesses. The rising prominence of service management strongly depends on the ongoing developments in information and communication technologies as well as market globalization. Services are key for the growth and success of today’s organizations.
The Business Administration and Management - Curriculum in Service Management course is offered at the University of Bologna.
