This graduate course helps students acquire advanced capabilities to analyze economic and financial phenomena.
The Economics and Finance programme from University of Padova prepares students to pursue activities of a specialized nature in research and in executive entry-level positions at financial institutions, companies and in national and international government institutions.
The course is for students who want to specialize in the fields of economics and finance and banking.
The course prepares graduates to work in the areas of management. In sectors such as banking, insurance, asset management, consulting firms, stock exchanges, supervisory authorities, government and public service companies, international organizations.
The course has two curricula, Economics and Banking and Finance.

Candidates wishing to enroll in the Master's degree in Economics and Finance are expected to hold a degree or a three-year Italian Diploma Universitario or other qualification earned in Italy or abroad recognized by the current legislation.
Candidates must have minimum credits in specific areas of study:
Students must demonstrate competence in the following disciplines: Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, Mathematics for Economics, Statistics and Economic Statistics, Business Administration, Theory of finance and Corporate finance, financial brokerage Economics.
Candidates are expected to have a good command over English language and the ability to use the main IT tools.
The total amount can be significantly waived based on your “Equivalent Economic Status Index – ISEE”.
The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
