The Master of Science in International Business Negotiation program at IÉSEG School of Management is a one year program completely taught in English which aims to educate effective, versatile and ethical managers, with strong negotiations skills to work in an international context.

Overview

The International Business Negotiation program at IÉSEG School of Managementoffers participants the opportunity to understand all elements of a negotiation process, and to fully engage in interdisciplinary analyses of negotiation in a global environment. 

Participants learn about their own negotiation style and master the art of communication and relational skills, which are both of key importance for constructive negotiation processes.

They also develop the ability to effectively drive change, generate creative solutions, and to engage with divergent perspectives.
