The Master in Business Administration and Leadership at Roskilde University produces business administration graduates who have insight into various perspectives on business strategies and external relations, as well as managerial and organisational processes that can underlie the company's different practices strategically and managerially in terms of value creation, resources, innovation and change.

The master's programme in Business Administration and Leadership supports business development in Region Zealand and is the only English-language MSc in Economics and Business Administration programme in the region.

  • A degree equivalent to a Danish bachelor's degree
  • Study elements equivalent to Danish bachelor’s level taken before completing your bachelor's degree - e.g. additional courses where you obtain ECTS/credits taken concurrently with your bachelor's degree or study elements passed at another bachelor's degree that you have not completed. However, we will only include a maximum of 30 ECTS from these studies.
