  • Admission to the Graduate Program in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering is based on careful evaluation of scholastic record, and letters of recommendation.
  • Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English unless the official language of their country is English – TOEFL score of at least 550 (paper test) or 213 (computer based test).
  • Students whose undergraduate degrees are in a field other than chemical engineering may take undergraduate core chemical and biochemical engineering courses during their first year with approval from the Director of Graduate Program.
  • A Bachelor’s major in chemical engineering or related discipline is highly recommended.
