Overview
Collective bargaining plays a vital role in public sector labor and employment relations in New Jersey. The Public Sector Labor Relations program of Rutgers University provides labor and management representatives with critical knowledge and skills to prevent labor disputes, resolve grievances effectively, and engage in productive collective negotiation. The program is a partnership between the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) and the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.

Being a remote program, the topics covered here will be of interest to labor relations professionals across NJ as well as those from other states. Registration made within three business days of the class date will be subject to a late registration fee of $25.00 per person. Pre-registration and payment are required to guarantee seats.
