Overview of the Sustainable Energy - Technologies and Management degree offered by Brunel University London  

We aim to produce master’s qualified graduates capable of implementing, developing and managing effective sustainable energy practices in an industrial, business or government environment.

A significant feature of the course is the depth and breadth of covered material. Not only will you deepen your knowledge of energy engineering in the context of sustainability, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop advanced and specific knowledge of project management and environmental initiatives.

We have strong links with industry, energy institutions and pioneers in energy technology, and this means you’ll benefit from regular guest speakers from various energy sectors.

Theextensive, well-equipped laboratories have particular strengths in advanced energy materials, solar energy engineering (PV and PV-T integrated systems), energy efficiency in buildings including smart materials development, low energy cooling technologies and infrastructure management, hydrogen and fuel cells, and bioenergy engineering processes.

Throughout your studies, you’ll have access to advanced software systems for the simulation, analysis and design of clean energy projects such as renewable and efficient energy systems.
