You’ll investigate how the pandemic has accelerated a drastic change for the way managers interact and operate within with their team. Where managers may have previously operated as solo-decision makers or ‘hero leaders’, you’ll learn new skills to meet the world-wide industry demands for more inclusive, compassionate, capable and collaborative leaders.

The Master of Business Administration (International) from University of Tasmania will set you up with a powerful suite of professional capabilities that will empower you to take on the world of contemporary business. Through case-method learning, you will have the opportunity to critique, analyse, and re-invent business management theory by exploring real-world case studies and reports.

You will learn essential capabilities in a broad range of areas including data-driven decision making, corporate sustainability, leadership and change management, and entrepreneurship and management in an international context. You will also have the opportunity to follow your passion by selecting one of four specialisations: Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Business Research, or Entrepreneurship.
