Overview

The course is designed to be flexible and agile, offering students relevant, practical and up-to-date business knowledge and management and leadership skills for a global context.

The program's objective is to prepare students to realise their potential and achieve their career goals. In a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, critical, creative and agile thinking is the key to personal and business success. Our MBA is designed to enable you to succeed in this new business world.

You can opt to study the generalist MBA to gain a broad understanding, or choose to study one of the following majors and specialise in a specific area of interest:

  • Oil and gas, in partnership with Aberdeen Business School at Robert Gordon University
  • Leadership

The curriculum comprises eight core units and four optional units. Most of these units can be studied online. You will also complete a professional portfolio, which involves a minimum of 40 hours of professional development. To structure the professional portfolio, students will undertake workshops and lectures. Course and events undertaken in your own workplace can be added to your professional portfolio hours.
