  • A completed Application for Graduate Admission
  • Three letters of recommendation. It is required that one be an academic reference if you graduated or engaged in post-graduate education in the past three years
  • You must supply the names and email addresses in order to submit your application. 
  • A self-evaluation 
  • A current résumé
  • Official transcript(s) from each college and graduate school attended
  • A nonrefundable $25 application fee
  • Proof of English proficiency is required of all applicants by submitting official results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
