As future managers, consultants and entrepreneurs, Economics and Management - Curriculum Business and Administration students from University of Bologna will acquire advanced knowledge about business administration and entrepreneurial skills connected to innovation and business start-up projects. 

Programme contents

The degree programme has a study load of 120 ECTS. First year modules cover the areas of decision-making and strategy, quantitative methods, law, international economics, accounting, food supply chain management and business plan. Second year B&A modules cover the areas of finance, international management and marketing.  The programme also includes a job placement seminar and several dedicated workshops and additional specific activities (company visits, challenges etc.).

Students may personalize their study plan with elective courses and specific internship programmes and also take the opportunity to apply for the Double Degree Programme with Neoma Business School – Reims and ICN Business School – Nancy, as well as for many other exchange opportunities offered by the School.

  • Marketing and HR manager within manufacturing, service and consultancy companies, banks and insurance companies, in both local and international contexts;

    The GRE® General Test is a widely administered admissions test that measures the skills needed in today's graduate and business school programs worldwide. The GRE® General Test contains three sections - Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, and Analytical Writing. Three scores are reported: a Verbal Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, a Quantitative Reasoning score on a 130 - 170 score scale in one-point increments, and an Analytical Writing score on a 0 - 6 score scale in half-point increments.

General Requirements

An eligible first-cycle or Bachelor’s degree as well as fluency in written and spoken English (B2 level). Previous knowledge in the areas of economics, management and statistics may be helpful but it is not a compulsory requirement. Admission is subject to the assessment of students’ knowledge and skills by an Admission Board, according to the procedures and criteria specified in the call for applications, (i.e. mainly academic merit and background, study experiences abroad, reference letters, oral interview) available on the course webpage.
