You’ll also learn how to seek innovative solutions to complex management problems, and you’ll do so alongside experienced professionals from a variety of industries.

You’ll develop specialist knowledge to understand multifaceted management issues that will fundamentally change the way you lead and inspire those around you, to have a positive impact on your people and your organisation.

You can specialise in one of our two available streams, allowing you to personalise your Management program at Monash University experience.

About the program

• Managing organisations: The focus of this course is directed toward the development of management capabilities in the context of dynamic organisational environments. It is aimed at career professionals who are looking to strengthen their career progression, enhance their management knowledge and skills, and develop advanced theoretical and practical skills in strategic management to improve opportunities for themselves and their organisations.
• People, culture and human resource strategy: Explore the complexities of managing diverse and global workforces, and build an advanced understanding of work and employment relations in diverse organisational structures and a rapidly changing landscape. The innovative curriculum combines cutting-edge research and contemporary knowledge focusing on key areas of HR practice that will advance your expertise and ensure you have the skills to drive future focused HR strategies.
