  • To enter the Postgraduate Certificate in Planning you will have been awarded or qualified for a bachelor’s degree.
  • You will need to provide verified copies of all academic transcripts for studies taken at all universities other than Massey University.
  • If English is not your first language and your admission qualification was not completed at a university where English is the medium of instruction, you shall have achieved an IELTS of at least seven with no band less than six within the preceding five years.
