The Energy Technology program at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University (SPbPU) is designed to train specialists in emerging areas of energy research with the potential for a high technological or social impact, providing knowledge about modern energy systems, innovation technologies, state-of-the-art energy equipment, and its operation. 

Highly qualified graduates will be able to solve complex engineering and management challenges in a global energy sector.

English Language Requirements

General Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Specialist’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Energy Technology or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 
  • Minimum final mark of the Bachelor degree in Finland - 3.0; in Germany - 2.7 in Russia - 4.6
  • Test in a relevant field of studies
  • Interview in English with the program coordinator (Skype option is available)
