Develop the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to promote and protect public health and wellbeing. With this Public Health - Health Promotion from Leeds Beckett University you will be equipped for a variety of roles in health promotion and public health, working for local authorities, health services or in the voluntary sector.

Visit the official programme website for more information

Led by a committed team of academics and specialists in the field, you will be introduced to the 'social' model of health rather than the predominant 'medical' model, enabling you to focus on how people and communities can be empowered to improve their health and how public policy can create healthier societies.

With this Public Health - Health Promotion from Leeds Beckett University you will also investigate the psychology of behaviour change and how people learn about health. The research strand will enable you to critically appraise evidence and develop research skills.
